One of the things the Happiness Research Institute in Copenhagen has identified is the Danish focus on Hygge: a cozy and contented feeling that comes from comfort and conviviality.
During one of the most difficult months for seasonal mood disorders, you’ll learn how you can practice the art of hygge and create comfort and contentedness in the coziness of your home!
In this workshop you will:
Learn about the Danish art of hygge and why Denmark is one of the happiest countries in the world (even during have dark, cold winters)
Design your own Hygge Plan to create cozy nooks within your home and contentedness during winter months.
Receive a list of mindful products and activities that will up the hygge factor in your house.
Workshop Details:
Held via Zoom (replay will be sent out after the event for those who cannot attend live.)
Includes a mix of educational content, reflection & journaling, sharing, and practices.
1-hour for the workshop, 15-minutes for unrecorded Q&A and support.
